FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact, in the form of an increase or decrease in community college district revenues, is indeterminable.

This bill could increase or decrease revenues for the seven colleges, depending on each college’s “predetermined formula,” and how those may differ from existing mill levies.  This possible revenue increase or decrease cannot be determined at this time.
