FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $12,000,000 from the SCHOOL CAP CON ACCOUNT to the School Facilities Department.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Description of appropriation:

This appropriation shall only be expended for reimbursement of school districts for construction of natural gas fueling facilities. Any unexpended, unobligated funds from this appropriation shall not revert until further action of the legislature to revert the funds.

Funds would be granted to Wyoming school districts on an application process, as stated in the bill.
