FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact on the judiciary is indeterminable.  

Please note that this legislation is specific to individual County Commissions for establishing rights-of-way specifically with respect federal lands.  It will require the counties, not state entities, to perform land surveys identifying areas within their counties that cross federal lands.  Costs associated with these surveys or the number of federal land crossings requiring surveys is indeterminable.
