Description of Appropriation:

The funds will be expended for grants to eligible applicants for the impact assistance program. No administrative expenditures will be made from this appropriation.

This appropriation is continuous until further act of the legislature. Based on local government requests for project funding in prior years, the assumption is made that these funds will be expended/allocated within one year.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify current personnel authorizations.
