FISCAL NOTE

This bill allows for budget reductions to the County and Prosecuting Attorneys program and the Tax Refund for the Elderly and Disabled program to be passed through to the program recipients in the event of insufficient funding.

Based on the Joint Appropriations Committee's recommended budget reduction, the standard budget for the County and Prosecuting Attorneys program will be reduced by $122,998 in FY 2014, and the standard budget for the Tax Refund for the Elderly and Disabled program will be reduced by $323,969 in FY 2014.
