FISCAL NOTE

The bill extends the sunset provision contained in current law by ten years from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2023.  There was an appropriation of $1,927,320 Special Revenue for the Office of Consumer Advocate in the FY 2013-2014 budget. The Special Revenue is derived entirely from the assessment on gross intrastate retail sales of utility providers.
