Description of the Appropriation:

This amount would be expended to cover personnel cost allocated with the aeronautic loan program (personnel are currently federally funded through the State Revolving Fund Loan Program).  The personnel cost would be based on the actual time allocated to the aeronautic loan program servicing responsibilities.  Any unexpended funds would revert to the general fund.

Assumptions:

At this time, and as a stand-alone bill, with the inclusion of the appropriation of general funds, existing staff can absorb the anticipated workload without adding additional personnel.  However, in the event other like legislation is enacted, additional personnel may be required because of the cumulative impact on existing staff levels.
