FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact, in the form of a decrease in sales taxes to the General Fund and local governments, is indeterminable.

The reduction in sales tax on rental payments between related parties would be based on the number of these agreements made, the type of equipment being rented and the charges made between the related parties in Wyoming.  The Department of Revenue has no data on these transactions, as they are currently taxed as we tax any rental. Therefore, the fiscal impact of this bill is indeterminable.
