FISCAL NOTE

The Non-Administrative fiscal impact in the form of a revenue increase is indeterminable but based on information received from other states which have similar random drawing raffles, it is estimated that the Wyoming Game and Fish Fund would receive between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.

Source of Revenue Increase:

Sale of raffle tickets for one ram bighorn sheep, one moose, one mountain goat, and one bison license for $20.00 per ticket and the sale of raffle tickets for one ewe bighorn sheep, one grizzly bear, three elk, three deer, and three antelope licenses for $10.00 per ticket.
