No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

This bill repeals the publication requirement for insurance companies' financial information and requires the information to be posted on the Department on Insurance website instead.  The bill does not increase or decrease revenues to the state.

The bill's repeal of the publication requirement would result in the savings of approximately 80 man hours per year during the months of March through may that is spend on administrative and review procedures.  As a result, the individuals involved in this process could spend more time on other regulatory functions.
