Description of appropriation:

Funds will be expended in the 0200 series, primarily to cover the increased costs of additional board members to travel to board meetings.  The funds will also be used to conduct site visits for projects applying for or receiving grand funding from the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund. 

Assumptions:
This bill will increase the size of the Cultural Trust Fund board by three members.  The bill does not go into effect until March 1, 2014 meaning that the appropriation will cover the cost of travel associated with the additional board members from 3/1/14 through 6/30/14.  The funds will cover the estimated administrative costs of supporting the additional travel expenses for the single board meeting that will take place in the four month period in addition to travel expenses for the additional board members to conduct project site visits during that time period.
