Description of Appropriation:  Contractual services cost to remove or relocate the Encampment River big horn sheep herd from the Medicine Bow Forest boundaries as a result of any federal judicial or agency requiring the elimination or suspension of any domestic sheep grazing in the Sierra Madre portion of the Medicine Bow National Forest.

Assumptions:  The General Fund appropriation would cover the cost of the sheep removal if required.
