Source of Revenue and Expenditure Decrease:
Participating counties will no longer provide matching funds to the State for state-employed public health nurses salaries and benefits.
Assumptions: This amount is based on FY13-14 budget and assumes that all 23 counties choose to discontinue the use of state-employed public health nurses.
