FISCAL NOTE

This bill extends the date for commitments to make gifts or transfers, and extends the dates in which gifts must be received in order to receive matching funds for the Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge Program. As of January 7, 2013, the unexpended appropriation still available for this program is $7,016,447.
