FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $500,000 from the SCHOOL FOUNDATION PROGRAM ACCOUNT to the Governor's Office.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

This bill contains an authorization of 1 Full-Time position.

This bill transfers all divisions, agencies, programs, positions, personnel, property, appropriated funds and functions of the Department of Education to the interim director of the Department of Education as required by this bill and upon approval by the Governor.
