No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

This bill does not directly impact Wyoming Department of Transportation revenues.  The bill provides the Governor the authority to suspend certain oversized vehicle registration fees when extraordinary economic conditions necessitate the suspension of fees to alleviate the costs of moving products that are dramatically impacted by external economic conditions.  An example would be suspending oversized vehicle permits for those hauling hay into Wyoming assisting ranchers that are required to haul significant amounts of hay to feed their livestock during a drought.
