Subject:                     Requiring the Secretary of State to print state directories and constitutions.

Summary/Major Elements:

· The Secretary of State’s Office currently prints copies of the state directory and the state constitution; however the office is not required to do so by law.

· This act requires the Secretary of State’s Office to print those documents and make those documents available to the public upon payment of fees.

· Fees will be set by rule in an amount sufficient to recover the cost of printing.
