Summary/Major Elements:

· In general, landowners do not owe a duty of care to keep their land safe for people who use the land for recreational purposes.

· This Act clarifies that bicycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and non-commercial aviation activities are included in the definition of “recreational purposes.”

· The Act specifies that the inclusion of non-commercial aviation activities does not limit liability for airport operations under the Wyoming Governmental Claims Act.
