Summary/Major Elements:

· Under current law, a liquor license holder may apply for and receive a permit to open an additional dispensing room.  However, the ability of a restaurant liquor license holder to do so is not reflected in the restaurant liquor license statutes.

· This act clarifies that restaurant liquor license holders may maintain an additional dispensing room if a permit is applied for and received.
