Subject:                     Prohibiting possession of wildlife parts taken illegally.

Summary/Major Elements:

· Under current law, no person shall take and leave, abandon or allow any game animal to intentionally or needlessly go to waste.  This act prohibits the possession of any parts of big game animal that is wasted in this manner.

· This act prohibits the possession or importation of any wildlife or wildlife parts that were taken illegally in any other state or country.
