· Currently in statute, the administrator of the general services division of the department of administration and information is tasked with the duty of acting as secretary for the state building commission.

· This act states that the manager of the construction management program within the general services division of the department of administration and information shall act as secretary for the state building commission.

· Requires that the administrator of the general services division provide appropriate program staff of the general services division to serve as staff of the state building commission.
