· The Wyoming National Guard is authorized to compensate a first responder who serves in the National Guard for retirement benefits lost because of military service.

· This legislation requires the Military Department to promulgate rules guiding the administration of payments and which establish a procedure for pro-rating benefit payments in the event that there are insufficient funds to make a full payment to all claimants.
