Summary/Major Elements:

· This bill appropriates funds to the game and fish department to remove or relocate bighorn sheep if a final federal judicial or agency action requires the elimination of domestic sheep grazing in the Sierra Madre portion of the Medicine Bow National Forest.

· The bill provides that any removal or relocation shall be accomplished not later than December 31, 2015.
