· The Wyoming public library endowment challenge program provides matching funds for gifts to a public library foundation.

· This act extends the time for making gifts to a foundation under the program.  The time was extended from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2017.

· The act also extends the time for committing to make a gift from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2017.

· Popular Name:  Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge Program.

· Report Required:  On or before October 1, each public library must submit a report from its foundation to the state treasurer.  The report is required through June 30, 2019.
