AN ACT relating to surveyors and engineers; repealing and recreating statutes governing engineering and land surveying; modifying definitions, provisions relating to the licensing board, licensing requirements, discipline and the practice of professional engineering and the practice of professional land surveying; making conforming amendments; renumbering and amending statutes relating to corners; and providing for an effective date.
