AN ACT
relating to public health and safety; creating the Sexual Assault Protection
Order Act; providing for injunction protection for victims of sexual assault;
providing definitions; providing for petitions without court costs to the
petitioner; providing for ex parte temporary and final protection orders;
providing a criminal penalty for violation of protection orders; and providing
for an effective date.
