FISCAL NOTE

No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Assumptions:

If passed, this bill would require modifications to the Wyoming Business Entity-Annual Report (WyoBEAR) application.  The changes to WyoBEAR necessary to meet the requirements in this legislation are minor ($7,600) and could be considered part of routine maintenance to the WyoBEAR application.  Thus assuming the agency's biennium budget is approved there would be no additional fiscal impact to implement this bill. 

In order to meet the technological requirements of this legislation, the agency's 0292 External Maintenance exception budget request (OCIO approval # BC-2013-581) will need to be approved as submitted by the agency and recommended by the Governor.
