Description of appropriation:
This appropriation shall only be expended to provide salary, travel and per diem to legislative committee members, and for retaining consulting services as necessary. The select committee may secure consulting services, if necessary, to provide technical assistance in compiling information. The select committee shall cease to exist on January 1, 2018.
The above estimate reflects the expenditure of the appropriation for salary, travel and per diem for a total of 5 meeting days, with 1 meeting day taking place in FY 2014 and 2 meeting days taking place in FY 2015 and FY 2016. If the committee conducts fewer than 5 meeting days, the appropriation could also be expended for retaining consulting services.
