FISCAL NOTE

No significant fiscal or personnel impact at the state level.

The Executive Branch currently has one employee (a temporary employee) that is paid an hourly salary under the proposed minimum wage.  Assuming an expected duration of employment through July of 2014, and assuming this salary is increased for one month, the increased cost would be approximately $130.
