FISCAL NOTE

 

This bill contains an appropriation of $2,300,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Military Department.

 

This bill contains an authorization of 2 Full-Time positions.  An additional two positions are authorized to the Military Department contingent upon the availability of federal funds to pay all salary and benefits for those positions.  No state funds shall be used to pay salary or benefits for these positions.

Description:

The bill appropriates a total of $2,300,000, however a maximum amount of $500,000 per year may be expended when the agency receives an equal amount of $500,000 in federal funds to match the state funds.  Maintenance projects in the total amount of $1,000,000 will be executed by contract each year to maintain armories statewide.
