FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact to the judicial system is indeterminable due to an unknown number of cases.

While this bill may reduce a small portion of the work duties of the attendance officer for a school, the remaining duties overall of this position would not be affected.  As a result, there would be no decrease in cost of this position to the school district or to the Department of Education.
