FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

This bill repeals the current limitation on the shipment of wine to any one household of 18 liters in any 12 month period.

Although there may be an increase in wine purchases by consumers if this bill passes, excise tax collections may not increase if consumers are buying less wine from local retailers.
