No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

The receipt of this information from the schools will increase the efficiency of recruitments.  The increased efficiency will be offset by recruiting more students, resulting in no expenditure increase or decrease.  The proposed budget (with no biennial increase) is appropriated in expectation of the increased number of students.
