FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $692,063 from the STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS AND PROJECTS ACCOUNT to the Secretary of State.

$125,000 from unobligated funds appropriated from the General Fund to the Governor's Office under 2013 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 73, is re-appropriated to the Secretary of State.

These appropriations shall be reduced dollar for dollar by any appropriation provided for purposes of the streamlining government initiative by 2014 HB 1 as enacted into law.

Any additional fiscal or personnel impact is not determinable due to insufficient time to complete the fiscal note process.
