The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

This bill increases the volumes microbreweries may produce.

The current cap is 15,000 barrels. The highest number of barrels produced by a microbrewery in 2013 was 6,594 barrels. It is unknown at this time if any Wyoming microbreweries will be producing above the current 15,000 barrel cap.
