No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Currently, tuition revenues received by school districts for post-secondary enrollment option programs are recorded as a reduction of program expenditures.  The bill proposes exempting these tuition payments from the local resource classification in the foundation program computation, allowing districts to report payments as revenues rather than a reduction of expenditures. The exclusion of these payments from the local revenue computation and subsequent change in how districts code the revenue payments will have no impact on funding model allocations.
