FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact, in the form of potential increased expenditures from the School Foundation Program, is indeterminable.

There may be a slight increase to the expenses paid by the School Foundation Program for national certification pay incentive by better defining those individuals eligible to receive the incentive.  It is anticipated that the overall increase in the number of individuals eligible would be minimal.
