FISCAL NOTE

No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Assumptions:

If passed, this bill would require modifications to Wyoming's Voter Registration Management System (WyoReg) which was deployed to meet one of the requirements of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA).  The changes to WyoReg necessary to meet the requirements in this legislation are minor ($6,000) and would be considered part of routine maintenance to the WyoReg application.  Assuming the agency's biennium budget is approved there would be no additional fiscal impact to implement the bill. 

There will be no Fiscal impact assuming the agency's 0292 External Maintenance exception budget request (OCIO approval # BC-2013-581) is approved as submitted by the agency and recommended by the Governor.
