FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

Source of revenue increase:  The agency is not able to indicate a projected revenue increase due to the voluntary nature of the program this legislation would create.  The source of the revenue increase would be donated funds through optional ATM transactions.

Assumptions:  This legislation does not mandate banks or private providers of ATM to participate, there is no way to know how many, if any of these entities would participate. 

Also, given that this is unique legislation in the State Parks industry, there is no model in other states that could provide a guide for projecting increased revenue.  Therefore, if one or more bank or ATM providers participate, it would be difficult to determine how many ATM users would make a voluntary donation.
