FISCAL NOTE

This bill would result in a small expenditure decrease estimated at $2,750 per year for the costs associated with the State Advisory Council for Innovative Education. This expenditure decrease would result in a corresponding expenditure increase in grant funds for innovative education grants to school districts.

This bill would also result in a small expenditure decrease estimated at $1,000 per year for the costs associated with the Governor's Food Safety Council. All assignments of the council would now be the responsibility of the Department of Agriculture.
