No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Note:  The proposed bill allows the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) to set up necessary procedures for contracting services for the administration of the specific service sign program.  The WYDOT states that the bill does not mean available sign space will be given to the highest bidder.  Sign space will continue to be provided on a first come, first serve basis as current WYDOT rules stipulate.
