FISCAL NOTE

This bill clarifies the unexpended appropriations that may be carried forward, and provides for reports on unexpended appropriations.

It is anticipated that the time frames required in this bill would expedite the reversion of unexpended appropriations, and result in additional funds available for appropriation. However, this additional amount cannot be determined.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency budget or current personnel authorizations.
