No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Currently, there is only one school in Wyoming administering a half-day kindergarten program.  Since the education resource block grant model resources districts for full-day kindergarten programs, there would not be an increase in funding model expenditures.  The Department of Education assumes that all students who are of the age to attend kindergarten currently in the State of Wyoming are doing so.  Any increase in the number of students attending kindergarten as a result of the change to the mandatory age would be minimal.
