Subject:                     Authorizes rural health care districts to employ or contract with specified persons or facilities.

Summary/Major Elements:

· This act authorizes rural health care districts to employ or contract with the following persons or facilities for the purpose of providing health care services in the district:

o Physicians;

o Persons or facilities licensed, certified or otherwise authorized by the laws of Wyoming to provide health care in the ordinary course of business or practice of a profession; and

o Other persons necessary or desirable to effect the purposes of the district.
