Summary/Major Elements:

· Under current law, the cultural trust fund board is made up of five members, one being the administrator of the division of cultural resources.

· This bill amends the makeup of the board to include one additional member and to specify that two members shall be persons nominated by the Wyoming national register review board.

· The bill makes the administrator of the division of cultural resources a non-voting ex officio member.
