Summary/Major Elements:

· W.S. 24-2-115 currently authorizes the Department of Transportation to operate a program of informational signage on highways to inform the public about the availability of private business entities near the highway.

· This act changes the name of the program to “specific service” signage and authorizes a fee system to cover all program costs, including an application fee, fabrication, installation and annual administration and maintenance.
