· Extends the authority of game wardens to act as peace officers for purposes of conducting vehicle identification number inspections of boat trailers, when done in connection with an inspection of a hull identification number or motorboat certificate;

· Authorizes fees for the additional trailer VIN inspections to be deposited in the state’s game and fish fund.
