Summary/Major Elements:

· W.S. 27-3-104 defines “employment” for purposes of the Wyoming Employment Security Law (unemployment compensation).

· This act creates an additional exception to the definition of employment for services performed by persons acting in a fiduciary capacity, as personal representatives of estates or trustees of trusts, and receiving reasonable compensation for those services pursuant to the Uniform Trust Code or the Wyoming Probate Code.
