Summary/Major Elements:

· Under current law, license plates shall consist of arabic numerals for the county in which issued on the left, followed by the bucking horse and rider emblem and a distinctive number assigned to the vehicle.

· This act provides that license plates may also contain a distinctive symbol or letters, as determined by the department of transportation, indicating vehicle type.
