AN ACT relating to pension accounts; creating the volunteer firefighter and EMT pension account; providing membership qualifications; providing for contributions to the account; providing for the transfer of members of the volunteer firemen's pension account and the volunteer emergency medical technician pension account to the new pension account; creating a pension account board; providing for membership on the board; closing and repealing the volunteer firemen's pension account and the volunteer emergency medical technician pension account; directing insurance premiums to the account as specified; providing legislative intent; providing for a transfer of pension funds; requiring a report; and providing for an effective date.
